What can you leave?
- Sums of money: bank deposits or cash.
- Real estate: houses, land, or commercial premises.
- Movable assets: stocks, bonds, jewelry, or furnishings.
- Life insurance and Severance pay (TFR): by naming the Association as the beneficiary.
Tax Benefits
- Zero Taxes: Bequests to ODVs (Volunteer Organizations) are totally exempt from inheritance and property transfer taxes (Art. 3 D.Lgs 346/90).
- Effectiveness: 100% of your legacy is allocated to projects, without any state deductions.
How to proceed
You can write a holographic will (handwritten, dated, and signed) or consult a notary for a public will. In both cases, it is essential to correctly report the details of the beneficiary organization:

Bequests of Property, Land, and Insurance Policies
Both in Italy and abroad, it is possible to leave real estate properties or land to the Association. The Association will manage or sell the asset to fund scholarships, medical research, and assistance.
For Life Insurance Policies, simply include our Tax Code (93118920615) in the policy document: these sums do not form part of the hereditary estate and are paid directly to the Association in a short time.
